Due to an overwhelming response of online applicants, we have deactivated the sign up form for 2009. We are currently in the process of filling all 2009 McDowell Mountain Music Festival volunteer positions. We feel truly blessed at the community’s continued support! Please join us Friday and Saturday (April 24th and 25th) at the 6th annual MMMF, remember that 100% of your purchased ticket price will go DIRECTLY to local children’s charities. Be sure to grab your tickets before prices go up April 7th.

For each day you volunteer, you will have to pay the $5 parking fee
(this is from Westworld--not us!)
The Volunteer Check-In Tent will be located near the main entrance. At check in, you must provide photo ID, and you will receive one volunteer shirt for each day you work. If you are volunteering BOTH Friday and Saturday, you must return to check in each day, and will be given a new wristband for entry.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift. If you are late for your shift the MMMF reserves the right to replace you or move you to a different area.
NO WALK-UPS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For each shift you complete you will receive a general admission pass for that same day. Shifts are available throughout the day and range from 4 to 6 hours. Most shifts are late afternoon/ evening. Gates open at 12NOON on Friday and 10AM on Saturday. If your shift starts in the afternoon you are more than welcome to come early to enjoy the festival--you still need to check in and get your wristband.
*Volunteers receive one ticket for food for use during your break or once your shift is complete.
