Each ticket holder must be present when exchanging tickets for wristbands at the Festival Box Office.

Lost or stolen tickets or wristbands will not be replaced. You will have to purchase a replacement ticket/wristband. Individuals with tampered, stretched, or torn wristbands will not be allowed re-entry.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Festival takes place rain, shine or dust storm.

Please bring photo I.D. when redeeming tickets at Festival Box Office.
