AUDIO/ VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY RESTRICTIONS:
Audio Taping Equipment – A list of the artists that allow taping and those that do not will be available both days of the event at the ticket booth. Please respect the artists’ wishes and abide by the list.
Personal Camera (small digital cameras or point & shoot 35mm cameras – no extended lenses or professional equipment of any kind)
Video Equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited
GATE TIMES FOR EACH DAY:
- Friday, April 13th – 4PM with music starting at 5PM
- Saturday, April 14th – 11AM with music starting at 12(Noon)
- Sunday, April 15th – 11AM with music starting at 12PM (Noon)
- *Please refer to the Lineup page for further details on the exact lineup times for each day of the event.
- Video Equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited
ALLOWED:
- Two 1-Liter size, factory – sealed bottles of water
- Lawn chairs (the lower the better so everyone can see past you!)
- Blankets
- Backpack – be advised all bags are subject to search at entrance
and upon re-entry. - Strollers
RESTRICTED:
- Weapons
- Drug paraphernalia
- Outside Alcohol (21 and up may purchase at the Festival)
- Outside food or beverages, except for two 1-liter factory-sealed water bottles
- Skateboards
- Bicycles (use the bike rack located at the main entrance)
- No Umbrellas, tents or shade structures
- Non-collapsible chairs (don’t wheel your chair from the office)
- Coolers
- Frisbees
- Pets
- No fires
FESTIVAL WILL PROVIDE:
- ATMs
- Restrooms
- Lost & Found (located at the main entrance ticket booth)
- Trash / Recycle Stations
- Beer/Wine/Liquor available for purchase in the Festival grounds
- Food available for purchase in the Festival grounds
IS THE FESTIVAL WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
The Festival grounds are wheelchair-accessible. Please Note: Festival does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please bring attendants if needed.
IS THERE RE-ENTRY INTO THE FESTIVAL?
Re-entry is allowed at the Festival. You MUST keep your wristband on that you were given when you first arrived at the event. Individuals with tampered, stretched, or torn wristbands will not be allowed re-entry.
DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?
You do not have to pay for parking. All parking is free.
WHERE IS PARKING FOR THE FESTIVAL?
Parking is located within the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center. Please refer to The Venue page and click on Parking for a map that shows you exactly where to park for the event.
DO YOU HAVE SECURITY?
We make every effort towards having a safe and secure environment at the Festival. On-site security will be provided by the local law enforcement as well as a private security company.
WHAT IF SOMEONE GETS HURT?
Emergency medical staff will be available on site at the First Aid tent. If you need medical assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for Festival staff or a police officer.
HOW DO I BECOME A FOOD VENDOR FOR THE FESTIVAL?
We are not taking any applications for food vendors at this year’s Festival.
