VOLUNTEER F.A.Q.

The Volunteer Check-In Table will be located near the main entrance. At check in, you must provide photo ID, and you will receive one volunteer shirt for each day you work. If you are volunteering all three days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you must return to check in each day, and will be given a new wristband for entry.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift. If you are late for your shift the MMMF reserves the right to replace you or move you to a different area.

NO WALK-UPS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For each shift you complete you will receive a general admission pass for that same day. Shifts are available throughout the day and range from 4 to 6 hours. Most shifts are late afternoon/ evening. Gates open at 4PM on Friday, 11AM on Saturday, and 11AM on Sunday. If your shift starts in the afternoon you are more than welcome to come early to enjoy the festival–you will still need to check in and get your wristband.
*Water/Soda will be available for you during your shift.  You will be given a ticket at check-in that you can redeem at any counter during the course of the event.
